It was a lie all along. He has been a Republican for 30 years and then changes to Democrat in June 2009? Yes!!! He now quits the race to assist the State as a Private individual? Yes!
http://www.wiggansforkansas.com/
As a Bio Pharmacist? Yes! I smell a rat or two. He will know be working to help with N.B.A.F. and go back to being a Republican with his buddy Brownback? Yes! Parkinson might go ahead and run now? Not sure, if he does he will go back to being a Republican. Then we get Senate Majority Leader Derek Schmidt, Republican-Independence and Representative Lee Tafanelli, Republican Ozawkie who want to form a commission called the "Kansas Government Streamlining Commission". This commission would recommend shutting down State Jobs, Departments and Agencies. The Legislature tells us all they need tax money and budget for specific needs and then when they raise our taxes and get the tax/budget base they want to shut down alot of it and re appropriate the funds? They lie and then steal. They obtained the funds through "False Pretences". Then on the same day, the Topeka Capitol Journal at www.cjonline posts, "Let them decide".
http://cjonline.com/opinion/2009-12-17/letter_let_them_decide
Then I am called the "Token Opposition" to Brownback and Wiggans by the Associated Press. The Casino, which I oppose, opens up in Dodge City. The Media refuses to post I am and have been a Candidate all along. I did get a mention by David Klepper and James Carlson though. WIBW13 blocks all my comments and pampers Brownback. WIBW 580 AM bashes me and pampers Brownback. Look at the article at www.cjonline ,

Thomas Wiggans laundered Millions from California and brought it here, for his new "PRIVATE SECTOR". The media exposed it, but, stated "There was no fault just a $12.8 Million settlement". Even the Democratic Party in Topeka call all this "BI-PARTISAN"!! I still don't want their endorsement! I refuse to be endorsed or nominated by anyone who endorses committing "TREASON, EXTORTION, and RACKETEERING"!!! Evey realize how much the Media makes per commercial or advertisement they sell? $380.00 for a newspaper ad that is 3 inches by 3 inches. $900.00 to $1,400.00 a day for a business card size ad in the Kansas Newspapers through the Kansas Publishers Association. I will be doing what I can up until June 2010, to communicate and visit the Residents of Kansas and express what I feel and listen to them. I don't feel $$$Millions are needed to run a race. The State should not be "For Sale"!!! Thanks again, Herbert West 3rd, UNCONTESTED Democratic Candidate for Kansas Governor, 2010.

***Raffle Update***
Refer here,
http://herbertwestiiicandidateforksgovernor.blogspot.com/2009/07/my-campaign-raffle-rules-and-play.html
then read below.
The basic rules are the same.
1. You have to be 18, with ID to play.
2. Playing is free and without purchase needed or excepted.
3. Each business would conduct their own Raffle.
4. They would raise money by charging each business, who wants in house type advertise, a $1.00 to display the business card for 2 weeks on their "Business Card Raffle Board".
5. The designated day of the Raffle has to be disclosed for the Raffle.
6. Customers come in, on that day, {5.}, and receive a free Raffle Ticket, upon request.
7. Their name and address go on one side of the "Carnival Raffle Ticket". At the end of the day the winner is drawn, declared and paid each and every $1.00 collected from the "Business Card Raffle Board", displayed as such. See, {8} for Raffle Ticket examples.
7. Thus far Casey's General Stores have refused to conduct communications with me and I see an attempt, from corporate to steal my idea. They excepted phone calls and I spoke to voice mails, then they sent an e-mail explaining, "They was not interested in mt proposal". I talked to the Supervisor of their Legal Department and he acknowledged they did not receive a proposal to read, just a phone call".
8. http://www.roll-tickets.com/ , as an example. These Tickets have a place on the back to write down the players name etc:.. There are 2 parts to the tickets,
A. The one that goes in the Raffle box and
B. The Ticket that the customer keeps. The name and address of the player is written on the "BOX DROP TICKET". If $25.00 businesses do this, the prize would be $25.00 to the winner, from each business that utilizes Raffles etc:.. up to $500.00 per drawing/play, per the I.R.S. Tax code.
I could/can and will go into full detail, I am just not sure which way to go. I have a hard time trusting anyone. If this idea is good enough to use, it has not been used before, then by all means, I deserve something for its use.
